The student attendee rate does NOT include a copy of the proceedings, however it does include the dinner banquet and the entertainment..
The one day attendee registration fee includes all keynotes, and paper sessions that are scheduled on your day of choice. It does not include a copy of the proceedings or the dinner banquet.
In order to publish a paper, the following conditions must be required:
The paper must be registered and fully paid for.
The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
